Couples Counselling:

I specialise in helping couples build resilient and thriving relationships. I have extensive experience working with couples and whole families to help them create a more harmonious environment. I have done this from clinics and from within families own homes. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective couples counselling tailored to your unique needs. I believe in a holistic approach to relationship wellness. My therapeutic methods are rooted in empathy, communication enhancement, and collaborative problem-solving. Whether you're navigating challenges or seeking premarital guidance, I am here to support you in:

-
Communication Enhancement
-
Conflict Resolution
-
Infidelity Recovery
-
Premarital Counselling
-
Intimacy and Connection
How It Works:

-
In the first session we meet together with your partner for an assessment session where I ask questions about your relationship history and gain an understanding of your current challenges. This is an opportunity to observe how you interact with one another so this information can be used in the creation of a tailored, individualised treatment plan later.
-
You will then each have one, completely confidential individual session. This is an opportunity for you to speak freely without having to worry about hurting your partners feelings. These individual sessions are vital to the assessment process.
-
We then reconvene for a joint session where I share my reflections and present you with a treatment plan. From here the therapy begins.

Individual Sessions:

I provide a compassionate therapy and believe in a client-centered approach to therapy. I work from a very eclectic framework incorporating Dialectical Bheavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). You can find information about these models on the top menu bar of this website. If you prefer to work from a single model, I am more than happy to accommodate this. I am committed to guiding you on your journey toward self-discovery, resilience, and well-being, within a confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply seeking personal growth, I can assist you with:
